About Bjarke Stephansen

Owner & Partner

Bjarke has for more than two decades worked as mentor and sparring-partner for owners, boards and top executives in Danish and international companies, with a focus of business growth, profits and development on all levels. From 2005–2012 partner and co-owner, since 2013 owner of the consulting company innomentor.

Bjarke combines strategy, leadership, organization & people, and inspires executives at all levels to play a proactive role in the company’s growth strategies in such a way that the individual’s strengths can be developed. More than 700 leaders/executives have been thorugh intense processes.

The combination of his many years of experience in business transformation, his deep human insights and his positive attitude help the company’s executives and employees to undertake major change processes with integrity and joy.

For leaders who have “hit the wall”, Bjarke combines his unique understanding of the existential aspects of life with insight into, and tools for, leadership and self-management. He helps managers to reevaluate themselves so that well-functioning leadership goes hand in hand with an enhanced ability to manage themselves sustainably.

Together with the leader or the leader team a communicative space is created, where tough challenges and developing plans for change can be discussed confidentially. That will produce inspiration, self-confidence, and induce fresh energy into a busy working routine – where the expectations to the leader’s abilities to create growth are high. The goal is to empower the management to develop the company’s potentials at all levels.

In his personal life Bjarke is interested and engaged in spiritual studies and meditation, cosmology, literature on management, international politics and community development as well as amateur astronomy. IIn his free time, he enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with his wife and daughters.

About Louise Fischer Møller

Associate Partner

Louise Fischer Møller has many years of work experience in large, complex organizations from several different job positions, including specialist, leader and employee positions within controlling, finance- and decision-related consulting as well as counselling.

Throughout her employment in various positions, she has been acknowledged for aiding management in correctly identifying and analyzing the organizational status in critical key areas by presenting carefully selected, relevant information and data. Louise helps the executive management in creating a solid and fact-based foundation for company growth and development. Using the current status of the company as the point of departure, Louise may support the organization and its leaders in realizing uncharted or overlooked potentials, enabling the development of the skills required in order to successfully reach the desired goals of the company.

In regard to her educational background, Louise holds a candidate degree in political science from Aarhus University. In addition, she is a certified psychotherapist, giving her an edge on interpersonal communication. Her insight in human nature means she designs change processes that the employees can identify with leading to swifter implementation.
